Validate before importing
CS2 crosshair code checker
Paste any CSGO share code to confirm the format is valid before importing it into Counter-Strike 2.
What this checker looks for
Official CS2 crosshair codes still use the CSGO- prefix. A valid code looks like CSGO-abcde-fghij-klmno-pqrst-uvwxy, with five groups of five characters from the share-code alphabet.
If your code fails, remove spaces, confirm you copied the full string, and try again. Then follow the import guide or browse the pro crosshair database.
Code checker FAQ
Why does my CS2 crosshair code start with CSGO?
Counter-Strike 2 kept the CS:GO share-code format. A CSGO- prefix is normal and required.
My code looks right but will not import
Confirm there are no missing characters, re-copy from the source, and paste into Settings → Game → Crosshair → Share or Import. Do not paste the share code into the console.
Can I convert a code to console commands?
Open a matching player profile in our database for decoded settings and a copyable command block, or rebuild the look in the CS2 crosshair generator.
